Shipping

Please allow 3-5 working business days once order is processed for shipment. For all made to order pieces please allow 2-3 working business weeks once order is processed for shipment. Eupnea is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items caused by shipping provider or can shipped items be replaced or refunded.  All items are shipped USPS or UPS flat rate options are available at checkout. Customers will receive shipping and tracking information once order has been shipped.

Returns

All full priced items are eligible for exchange or store credit. Vintage items and apothecary are Final Sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit. All sale items are Final Sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

All full priced items must be returned within 10 days of the purchase in their original unused, unaltered, unwashed condition with original tags Eupnea and designer tags still attached. Customers are responsible for any costs associated with an exchange or store credit.  To receive an exchange or full store credit the contents and package must not be lost or damaged.
